We Offer Flat Rate Shipping on all orders.
Standard Shipping within Australia AUD 8
Local Pickups within Melbourne is available. Just select the local pickup option at checkout and please contact us to arrange a suitable time for the pick up.
International Shipping
International delivery rates vary between regions. As a small start-up, we have done our best to offer a fair, subsidized shipping charge relative to your location.

Standard UK/Europe Shipping - starting from AUD 36

How long will the delivery take?
The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel -we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times as we cannot predict service disruptions. For up-to-date information regarding international shipping please visit Australia Post.
Need to track your order?
Each customer will receive a tracking number for each order. For up-to-date tracking information please visit Australia Post. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Duties and Taxes
For International orders, extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on the country of destination. These costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Re-Shipping Fees
For parcels where delivery has been refused, parcels that have been returned to us because of an insufficient/incorrect address entered during the ordering process, or for parcels unclaimed from a post office or collection point will be charged a re-shipping fee which covers the full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred, in order to be re-shipped to you.
RETURN POLICY
Please be confident in your choice of purchase as we do not offer a change of heart returns/refunds.
Our items are delivered carefully. All items are packed in bubble wrap and are ensured that there is no damage. If the item/s you've ordered arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. Please only return items after you have been in contact with us.
Damaged items must be reported within five days of your order being marked 'delivered' on tracking. After careful consideration, we will do our best to replace items originally ordered or if it's out of stock, the nearest possible alternative will be sent to you.
Both Australian and international orders must be returned within 21 days from the date of your delivery. All returned products must be in original condition and must not be used or written in.

You are responsible for arranging to have item/s returned to us at your own cost.
We will be unable to offer an exchange on items that do not reach us.
